Kyle: We are excited about the new draw format; the goal is to reach the last 16 as always

On August 30, Beijing time, UEFA conducted the draw for the 2024/25 Champions League. Dortmund sports director Kehl expressed his views on the Champions League draw.

Kail said: "It's a whole new world where you can see Cristiano Ronaldo press a button and within seconds your eight opponents magically appear on the screen. "But we fully accept that and are excited about the new format, even though draws in the past have been more exciting and tense. Our competitions are a good mix of top opponents and new faces, such as Barcelona and Real Madrid, who we seem to face every year, as well as some we haven't played yet, and there are a lot of attractive destinations for our fans. We look forward to every game and, as always, our goal is to reach the last 16."
