More than just a club, Barcelona officially mourns Swedish coach Eriksen

Swedish coach Eriksson died of pancreatic cancer, Barcelona Club officially issued a statement to mourn.

Barcelona's official statement wrote: "FC Barcelona regrets the death of legendary coach Sven Eriksson. We express our condolences to his family and loved ones. Rest in peace."

In his 42-year coaching career, Eriksson coached Degerfors, Gothenburg, Benfica, Roma, Fiorentina, Sampdoria, Lazio, England, Manchester City, Mexico National Team, Ivory Coast National Team, Leicester City, Guangzhou City, Shanghai Port, Shenzhen Team and the Philippine National Team.
