Mundo Deportivo: Fermin is out for three weeks, Barcelona cannot get compensation from FIFA

Mundo Deportivo wrote that Fermin will be absent for three weeks due to injury, but this will not meet FIFA's standards and Barcelona will not be able to receive compensation.

FIFA's compensation plan covers national team and U21 matches, and only compensates for "physical injuries caused by accidental injuries during the game for more than 28 consecutive days." The compensation coverage period starts from the players' gathering and ends at midnight after their participation in the national team, or within 48 hours after they return home.

FIFA's compensation will only take effect if Fermin's injury is complicated and exceeds the 28-day suspension period. The plan can pay the club up to 7.5 million euros in compensation.
