Owen: If someone leaves Liverpool's striker, I think Bowen is the most suitable replacement

Recently, Liverpool's former player Michael Owen said in an interview that if any player leaves Liverpool's forward line, West Ham United striker Bowen will be the most suitable replacement.

Owen said: "Liverpool's current lineup has many outstanding forwards, such as Salah, Nunez, Luis Dias and Jota, but if one of them leaves, I think Bowen is the most suitable replacement."

"But Bowen has signed a long-term contract with West Ham United and may even become their captain."

"And Bowen is not a 19-year-old teenager, so when you want to find a player who can play for the team for a long time, you will choose someone who can stay in the team for 10 years, not someone who will be 30 in two or three years."

Bowen, 27, has played 204 times for West Ham United, scored 61 goals and made 39 assists.
